Oshi graduated from the Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy in 2012. An active lifestyle gives her the knowledge and awareness of how the human body works and has driven her interest in becoming a Registered Massage Therapist. Incorporating myofascial with deep tissue techniques, she aims to provide the community of Revelstoke with a convenient, applicable health care service that is tailored to specific needs.

Carissa Trask

Carissa graduated from the Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy in 2012 and has since been sharing her therapeutic passions with people in mountain towns across throughout Vernon, Whistler and Revelstoke. She shares a love of mountain activities and the lifestyle they offer. Whether it’s biking, hiking, skiing, snowboarding, or climbing, Carissa is able to apply her knowledge and experiences as an RMT to everything she does.

Carly-Rae Hamilton
RMT
Carly-Rae graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in Victoria BC. Having completed yoga teacher training, she was left with a desire to further her understanding of health science and how to relieve tension and pain within the body. Through her studies, she has gained the knowledge and skills to help patients achieve optimal health and live pain-free. She utilizes an intuitive and medical approach to treatment, ensuring each patient receives care specific to their unique needs.

Melanie Shysko

Melanie graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2020. As an active individual, Melanie has sustained and recovered from a number of her own injuries, experiences that sparked a desire to support others in getting back to doing what they love. She is passionate about massage therapy and believes it can be a powerful tool in calming the nervous system and restoring wellbeing. Melanie spends her time snowboarding, mountain biking, practicing yoga, and enjoying the great outdoors. Melanie is committed to helping you achieve your personal goals.

Jamie Rykuiter
RMT
Jamie graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in Victoria, in 2022. A background as a competitive athlete and her personal experiences with injuries encouraged her to expand her understanding of health sciences and become a massage therapist. Jamie’s approach is client-centred, she uses a variety of techniques including deep tissue massage, myofascial release, and range of motion to build a treatment plan to best suit her clients’ individual needs. Outside of her practice, Jamie enjoys skiing, hiking, biking, making friends with dogs she meets, and trying new soup recipes. Jamie is passionate about helping people move with ease and looks forward to supporting you.
